The Company currently operates 38 hotels in 19 states with over 7,800 hotel rooms and over 4,000 associates. We have successfully partnered with a number of brands over the years and understand each brand's operational and quality standards. Current brand operations include:

In addition to branded hotels, we also operate several independent hotels, and have recently launched our own brand of Remington Luxury Resort Hotels.
Remington's management philosophy is to maximize the operating performance of each hotel. We set aggressive goals for ourselves in the areas of Five Company Drivers:

We tailor these goals such that each team member is accountable for their portion of our overall company success. This accountability ranges from service scores for front desk associates to individual booking goals for salespersons. The selection of our associates, therefore, is just as important as the selection of our hotel assets. Our associates are empowered to take care of our guests and they play an integral part in our continued success.
